Procrastination is a self directed project. The topic was chosen in an attempt to understand why people procrastinate and explore whether they have control over their actions or not.

The project concentrated on recent scientific findings that explained procrastination is caused by a miscommunication within the executive functions of the brain. This was expressed through a mixture of typographic play and photography.

Two "voices" appear throughout the piece. The scientific voice is expressed through the typeface Univers, while the chronic procrastinator's thoughts and feelings appear in the hand type of Journal.

The book was printed by The Newspaper Club as a digital tabloid on silk 90gsm paper. The size represents the overhanging and unavoidable pressure that procrastination brings.
